Zuper LLC was founded by Zulma Pereira, a US Resident and a native of Caracas, Venezuela. Zulma makes her home in Lynnwood, WA. is a mother of two. Has a Bachelor's degree in business administration and an associates degree in Organizational Methods.

We started with 2 residential properties and an apartment complex, in a very short time the company grew to over 20 homes and various apartments complex. To this day Zuper is servicing over 180 residential homes, apartment complexes, business offices, and real estate property management firms.

We are a Family Operated Cleaning Service experienced housekeepers, we offer professional cleaning services for residential, commercial, deep cleaning, monthly, twice a month, every 3 weeks, move- in/move- out, renovation, full housecleaning services, weekly or occasional cleaning.

We use organic/green products upon request. We can organize your rooms, drawers, tables, closets areas; you will not believe it's your house after we are done with it!
